Check your phone connection, camera power, and app version, then reopen the app and try again.

Reflections, moving shadows, bright lights, and pets can trigger alerts. Adjust motion sensitivity and detection areas in the app.

Allow app notifications, disable battery restrictions, and confirm motion alerts are enabled.

Power off the camera before reinserting the card. Confirm compatibility and format the card in the app.
