Welcome to XPAI. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the XPAI website, mobile application, products, and related services.
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing an XPAI product, or using the XPAI App, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About XPAI
XPAI products are designed to help users monitor their homes, families, pets, and personal spaces.
XPAI products are intended for personal and household use. They are not designed to replace professional security services, emergency services, medical services, or other life-safety systems.
2. User Accounts
Some XPAI features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for protecting your account information and for all activities conducted through your account.
You must not share your account password with others. Where available, you may use the device-sharing function in the XPAI App to give trusted users access to your camera.
3. Device Sharing
Where supported, XPAI may allow you to share access to selected devices with family members, friends, or other trusted users.
You are responsible for choosing who receives access to your devices. You should only share access with people you trust.
Shared users may be able to view live video, access recordings, receive notifications, or use other functions depending on the device model and features available in the XPAI App.
You may stop sharing access at any time through the XPAI App, where this function is available.
4. Video, Audio, and User Content
Depending on your product and settings, XPAI devices may record or transmit video, audio, images, notifications, and other information.
You are responsible for all content recorded, stored, uploaded, or shared through your XPAI devices and account.
You must ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents to record or share any video, audio, image, or other content.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By using XPAI services, you grant XPAI a limited license to process and transmit your User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services.

5. Product Features and Availability
Product features may vary depending on the model, region, App version, network connection, storage method, and other technical conditions.
Features such as motion detection, human or pet detection, sound detection, tracking, remote monitoring, night vision, local storage, cloud storage, and notifications may not operate continuously or without interruption.
We do not guarantee that every event will be detected, recorded, stored, or reported.
6. Orders and Payments
Product prices, promotions, availability, and payment methods may change at any time.
An order is not accepted until we have successfully received payment and confirmed the order.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including PayPal. Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

XPAI cameras are not emergency response systems. They do not contact police, fire departments, medical services, or other emergency responders on your behalf.
You should not rely solely on an XPAI product to protect life, property, children, pets, or valuable belongings.
9. Intellectual Property
All XPAI names, logos, designs, product images, text, graphics, software, videos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to XPAI.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit XPAI content without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XPAI will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the products or services.
Our total liability relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service, except where a greater amount is required by applicable law.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the XPAI App, account, or services if you violate these Terms, use the services unlawfully, create a security risk, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
You may stop using the services at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website, App, products, or services after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, excluding any conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your purchase or use of XPAI products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
